Nik is the Managing Director of APECS Consult Ltd in the UK, continuing the tradition of APECS being a family-run business. Having worked in every department at the company, from the factory to the board room before taking his position as Managing Director, Nik has experienced every step on the production chain first hand to give him a valuable insight into how the company functions at every level.

With over 7 years of experience in the lock and door hardware industry, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as the Sales Director at APECS. Having previously worked for two of the biggest wholesalers in the sector, Natasha has proven her worth as a superb salesperson.

Previously working for two of the biggest manufacturing names in the lock industry, Nathan brings overs 6 years’ worth of industry marketing experience to his role as Marketing Manager. Nathan has worked in various marketing roles and has a detailed understanding of all marketing aspects.

Previously working for ERA, Louise has incredible knowledge of the industry and brings a mountain of know-how to her role as Business Operations Manager. When Louise isn’t managing APECS operations, she likes to spend her free time with her Family, Friends, and pet dog Ben. Louise is a keen gym-goer and loves a sunny holiday.

Having over 6 years of experience in the industry, Hayley joins the APECS team as our Business Administrator. Previously working as an assistant for a Master Locksmith, Hayley brings with her an incredible amount of knowledge to the role. In her time away from the office, Hayley likes to spend her time losing herself in the world of video games and visiting sci-fi conventions.

Previously working in the care sector, Hollie is a newbie to the lock manufacturing industry. Joining APECS as a Sales Administrator, Hollie will be one of the first to answer the phone, greeting our incredible customers. In her time away from the office, you can either find Hollie spending time with her family and friends, spending time in her beloved car or sunning it up on holiday.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in a company that specialises in the manufacturing of high security and premium quality door cylinders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management of product specification and testing, market research, technical support, master keying, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

Anton joins us with previous experience as a bench locksmith. He enjoys grappling with complex technical problems and finding novel solutions to issues. In his free time, he enjoys practising fire-breathing and wood carving.

Originally joining APECS as our Key Cutting and Pinning Technician, following his promotion James, is now our Workshop Supervisor. Having worked as a Master Locksmith for the past 8 years, James brings fantastic industry knowledge to his role and the company. Outside of work, James likes to spend his time getting artistically creative with painting and sculpting or turning his hand to music as an enthusiastic bass player.

Ryan joins APECS as a Workshop Assistant, with over 4 years’ experience from a very well-known key cutting business. As a junior Tony Hawk, Ryan likes to spend his time dropping in off a half pipe or shredding some chords on his guitar. Ryan is our in-house Santa Claus suffering from a spectacular case of pogonotrophy.

Joining APECS as a Workshop Assistant, Dane is a newbie to the lock manufacturing industry. Dane is a keen football fan, or so he says supporting the local club of Wolverhampton Wanderers. Dane is also a keen guitarist, so yes we will be starting a APECS Band.

Meet Mark, the APECS Warehouse Supervisor. With over 28 years of experience in warehouse management, Mark has an incredible amount of knowledge in his field and has a lot of great ideas for our future expansion. With a handicap of 7, Mark is a keen golfer! If you can’t find him on the green, you will either find behind the controller of his favourite games console or spending time with his family.

Dana has been with APECS for over 2 years and does all of the design work for our UK team. Originally from Ukraine, Dana loves travelling and coffee almost as much as she loves graphic design!

Mehmoon joined APECS in 2019 having previously provided ad hoc financial management consultancy to the company. Mehmoon is responsible for the finance function of the company dealing with both internal & external financial reporting. His interests include cycling, hiking & trekking, with the Birmingham to London cycle ride and trekking Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of charity being the highlights.
