The APECS 10 Year Warranty registration is valid for the AP Cylinder and LX5 Deadlock only.
The APECS 5 Year Warranty registration is valid for XS Dual Cylinder only.
The APECS Break In Guarantee is valid for the AP Cylinder only.
Key Secure is valid for the AP Cylinder Only.

If you choose not to complete the WARRANTY or Break In Guarantee registration, we will not be able to process a claim.

Complete the registration form on-line or download and post to us.

Receive the APECS Warranty and/or Break In Guarantee Certificate via e-mail.

Keep Warranty and/or Break In Guarantee Certificate in a safe place and provide it when making a claim.

Ensure that you have the receipt/proof of purchase of the lock and provide it when making a claim.

After your details are checked by APECS Customer Service team, you will receive an APECS Warranty Certificate.

APECS Product Guarantee ensures that we will repair or replace the product or part free of charge in the case where it fails due to a manufacturers defect within the stated period of time for the purchased product. T&C’s apply.

APECS Break In Guarantee gives you peace of mind when using the AP Euro Cylinder. If a burglary was to take place within 5 years from the date of installation and entry was achieved by snapping the APECS AP Euro Cylinder, we will pay out up to £2500. T&C's Apply. Registration must be completed within 28 days of installation or completion date.

Only genuine APECS key must be used. Notification on any claim must be made within 7 days of the break-in.

You can also register your keys* for APECS Key Secure which ensures that your property is protected to the highest level. With APECS Key Secure you will have to provide your unique security code each time you want to get keys cut.
