To get new keys cut, you will need your unique key reference number which can be found on your key, or alternatively, if you have lost your keys, you will be able to find the unique key reference number on your cylinder.

If you have signed up for APECS Key Secure, you will also need your security code to get new keys cut.

Postage for orders sent to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales is charged at £7.50 for DPD Special Delivery.

Postage for orders sent to Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/English Isles is charged at £17 for DPD Recorded Delivery.

Postage for orders sent to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £19.10 (includes customs charge). Customers in Ireland can also purchase from a local supplier by clicking here.

For security reasons, we recommend having the keys delivered to a work address or alternative address. With the DPD delivery service, you will receive a one-hour delivery slot, as well as detailed tracking information.

Please note that if you get keys cut at any business which is not either APECS or an official APECS Prime Centre, then they will not be using genuine APECS key blanks and this will invalidate your warranty.

APECS Key Secure adds an extra layer of security to your lock. When you sign up for APECS Key Secure, you will create your own Security Code (Password) and this will be linked to your unique key number. Then new copies of your keys can only be made when that Security Code is provided.

We do not store any address information on file, so this system provides the highest level of security for your property.

If you remember your email and key number, you can restore it using the Reset button.
