The APECS AP euro cylinder anti-snap protection system ensures that the lock is still operable from the inside when tampered with externally, meaning the homeowner can rest assured that they will still be able to exit the property, whilst preventing a would-be thief from entering.
Lock snapping has become an increasing concern for customers over the past decade, with West Yorkshire Police finding that 25% of burglaries were carried out using this practice.
