It has been brought to our attention that a person who names himself as ‘James Craig’ has been contacting our customers and partners alleging that they are funding the war because they buy APECS products. These statements are entirely false and have no base of truth whatsoever.
Regarding the source of the allegations: we have carried out our own investigation and there is strong evidence pointing out that this is one of our competitors who currently presents himself as ‘James Craig’, presumably in an attempt to damage relationships with our customers. We are unable to share his identity at this stage as this is currently being handled by our lawyers. APECS takes these false statements seriously and categorically denies the allegations.
Since the outbreak of the Ukrainian conflict, we have provided aid to Ukraine by way of monetary contributions and support to families of those who are affected by the conflict. Although APECS UK has not and is not trading in Russia, it has a subsidiary company that is located in Russia. However, steps are being taken to sever all the ties with Russia so that APECS UK will no longer have any subsidiary in Russia whatsoever. Since late 2021, APECS has not had any commercial relationship with Russia. We do not supply products to Russia or derive any income from Russia, including dividends. We are happy to provide further details upon request.

As the CEO of our company, I want to assure our customers and partners that these baseless allegations hold no truth. It's disappointing that some resort to such tactics rather than engaging in open, honest conversation. To the anonymous party behind these claims, I invite you to reach out to me directly. I'm always willing to answer any questions or clear up any misunderstandings.”
