FiT Show 2019 - APECS Team Visits the NEC in Birmingham

On May 22nd, the APECS London team took a trip up to the NEC in Birmingham to visit the FiT Show 2019. Although we weren’t exhibiting at this year’s show, we took the time to visit our partners, Ingenious Locks and Hardware, on their superb stand, as well as to do some research and networking.

It was great to see so many of our cylinders on display at the ILH stand following our recent partnership with them. Our AP Cylinder took pride of place in their fantastic multipoint locks and we must say that our BSI 3 Star Kitemark, Sold Secure Diamond Standard cylinder has never looked so good!

As someone who only joined the industry last year, it was my first experience of an exhibition of this type, so it was great to see the scope and reach of the industry first hand. It also provided me with the chance to get a hands on look at the competition as well as to put some faces to the names of people I’ve been exchanging emails with!

Overall, it was a really positive experience and it was great to see so many exhibitors and visitors at the show this year. It makes us extremely excited about the potential to showcase APECS at the FiT Show 2020.
