Increased Order Volumes – Customer Update (21st September 2026)

We’ve recently experienced a significant increase in order volumes across APECS and would like to thank our customers for their continued support.

To help us meet this increased demand, we’ve expanded our team and are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. While we catch up, we ask customers to please allow a little additional time for orders requiring workshop preparation or customisation.

Workshop and custom orders - including Keyed Alike orders – are currently subject to an estimated 2-4 working day lead time.

We appreciate that some orders may be time-sensitive, and our team will always do their best to accommodate urgent requirements wherever possible. If you have a particularly time-critical order, please speak to us before ordering and we can advise on current availability and lead times.

Standard stock orders will continue to be processed as quickly as possible.
